A potential Seller sent me an email stating that she is selling her home and would like to receive an evaluation and marketing proposal for her home. I responded as usual asking for an appointment. Seller mentioned that she is not in the area and already moved outside of CA.  I prepared my first HighNote presentation and sent it to the Seller. Within an hour or so, I received a notification from HighNote that Seller is reviewing my presentation. After that, I reached out to Seller.  Seller mentioned that they really like my presentation. They're also interviewing other agents in the area and will get back to me. I followed up and asked to see the house in order for me to better advise her on pricing and marketing plan. After I viewed the home with the neighbors who have the keys, I sent the Seller a marketing plan how to get the home on market and a few marketing examples. We spoke over the phone a couple of times. Since this was my first presentation, I will add a few more sections such as listing agreement sample, sample marketing, sample listings I sold in the area, add before and after photos, add testimonials or video.  This application is so cool that allows you to add/modify and organize. I highly recommend other agents to use this tool.
